Pickup, refunds & privacy

Pickup

• Pickup only. No delivery. Orders are picked up at BD Supermarket, 100 Sherwood Ave, Paterson, NJ.
• The pop-up runs Saturday, October 17, 2026, 2 PM – 10 PM Eastern. Pickup windows are 30 minutes long.
• Please arrive during the window you chose so your food is fresh and hot.
• Give your order number at the stand. It's on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
• Online preorders close Saturday, October 17 at 2:00 PM ET. After that, you can still order in person at the pop-up.

Refunds & cancellations

• Your food is prepared fresh for your pickup window, so a paid preorder can't be canceled or changed.
• If we can't fulfill your order (for example we sell out, or a payment completes after preorders close or after your pickup window fills), we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
• If something's wrong with your food at pickup, tell us at the stand and we'll make it right.
• You're only charged when you complete payment on Square's checkout page. If you leave that page, your pickup time is held for 10 minutes and then released, with no charge.

Privacy

• What we collect: your name, email, phone number, order notes, and what you ordered, only to prepare your order, hand it to you, email your confirmation, and contact you if something about the order needs attention.
• Your card details never touch our site. Payment happens on Square's secure checkout page; we never see or store your card number.
• We don't sell your information or use it for marketing. There are no accounts and no tracking sign-ups.
• Our service providers handle it only to run the site: Square (payments), Resend (confirmation email), Supabase (secure order storage), and Vercel (hosting).
• Your order details are visible only to the 5 Bhai's team preparing orders.
